Singer Kamal Khan Pays Tribute as Dharmendra Passes Away at 89, Calls Him “A True Legend”

Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra Ji passed away at the age of 89 in Mumbai, leaving the film industry and millions of fans in deep sorrow. Known for his charming personality, powerful screen presence, and humble nature, Dharmendra Ji’s death has created an emotional void for many.

Singer Kamal Khan expressed heartfelt condolences and remembered the veteran actor with great respect. Sharing his feelings, Kamal Khan said that Dharmendra Ji was not just a star but a true legend who inspired generations. He shared, “Dharamji’s journey from Punjab to Hindi cinema will always remain one of the most inspiring stories. He wasn’t only a superstar; he was the heartbeat of an entire generation.”

The singer further added that Dharmendra Ji always stayed connected to his Punjabi roots. “Despite achieving so much love and fame, he never forgot where he came from. Whenever he spoke in Punjabi, it touched our hearts. His simple nature, honesty, and kind heart made him special,” Kamal Khan said.

He also recalled how Dharmendra Ji’s farmhouse videos during the lockdown brought smiles to people in difficult times. “His innocence and positivity were unmatched. We will never forget him,” he added.

Kamal Khan concluded with a heavy heart, saying, “With Dharamji’s passing, an era has truly ended. Our legend is gone, our hero is gone. We pray for his soul and strength for his family. Baba Mehar Kare.”

Dharmendra Ji breathed his last on November 24, 2025, at his Mumbai residence. His mortal remains were taken to Pawan Hans Crematorium, Juhu, for the final rites. His daughter Esha Deol, family members, and many well-known actors attended the cremation and paid their final respects.

Dharmendra Ji’s legacy will continue to live on through his unforgettable films, timeless songs, and the countless hearts he touched throughout his journey.
